Safe Haven Resting

To benefit from a Long Rest, you must satisfy two requirements:

• 24-Hour Duration. A Long Rest requires 24 hours of downtime rather than 8. During this time, you must sleep for at least 8 hours and spend the remaining time engaged in no more than light activity, such as reading, talking, eating, or standing watch.
• Safe Haven. You must spend the entire rest in a Safe Haven. A Safe Haven is a secure, sheltered location free from the constant threat of danger, such as a bustling town, a roadside inn, or a magically secured sanctuary, as determined by the DM. If you leave the Safe Haven or it ceases to be safe, your rest is interrupted.
